We want you to be happy with your Marigold Collective order.  We take great care to provide you with scarves of a high quality and transport them to you carefully.  Due to the handmade/handcrafted nature of our products, there will be slight variations.  We believe this is one of the interesting and unique things about owning a handmade item.  

If the item/s you receive are not right or you are not satisfied, Marigold Collective offers you a refund or exchange .

Any exchanges or refunds need to occur within 7 days of your order arriving.  Please be in touch promptly should you want an exchange or refund by emailing: marigoldcollective@gmail.com, and we will arrange your return with you.
  
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping on any exchange; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge.

All returned items must be returned in original packing and care taken with re-packing to avoid damage during transit. Returned goods must be unused and in the original condition shipped to you.  Scarves need to be unworn and unused with the tag still intact.

If we've sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.
