Payment Terms and Methods

We strive to make the payment process streamlined and easy. We accept credit card, (Visa, Mastercard) and e-transfer payments. Orders must be paid in full before items are shipped.

Shipping

We aim to ship within 2-3 days of receiving your order. All items are shipped using Canada Post. We will provide a tracking number once the items have been shipping. The cost of shipping will be added to your invoice, unless you prefer another mode of shipping. Vancouver clients are welcome to pick up at our studio.
